Are you real estate agents?
No, we’re not licensed agents — we’re private real estate investors. In most states, wholesaling is legal without a license when we’re a party to the transaction. In states that require a license, we work with licensed professionals to stay compliant.
Is wholesaling legal?
Yes, in most states. In a few, a license is required — and we either partner with someone who is licensed or refer the deal appropriately. Either way, we always operate with full transparency and integrity.
Will I have to pay commissions or fees?
No! We do not charge commissions. If you sell to us, we cover the closing costs and there are no hidden fees. What we offer is what you walk away with.
